Condo Ocaso Lindo is a professionally decorated ground level condo that is part of the premier Las Marieta’s condominium complex located behind the gates of the world-famous Punta Mita resort. Included in this rental is daily housekeeping, a cook to prepare breakfast or lunch, 6 seater Golf cart and Premier Membership (GOLF) While relaxing on the large outdoor terrace, take a dip in the lovely infinity pool, watch the spectacular sunsets and whales play from the condo’s own sunset bar or visit our community lap pool and exercise facility conveniently located just next door.
You will also delight in the high end furnishings, comfortable beds and linens, and Premium Membership it holds to the Punta Mita development, this allowing you access to all the private beach clubs: Pacifico, Kupuri, Sufi Ocean and El Surf Club. (fees apply) Also includes access to the 2 Jack Nicklaus golf courses, tennis courts, and fitness center. Regis Beach Club. Whether your vacation is full of adventure and activity or one of extreme relaxation, your included personal concierge will assist you in making it a reality at Condo Ocaso Lindo. We offer VIP Concierge services which include pre-arrival planning (transfers, groceries, menú selection for meals, activities and general information on the área), reception with complimentary amenity and onsite assistance.
Our offices are located 10 minutes away from the condo, allowing us to answer any request for housekeeping or maintenance immediately. Punta Mita is an ultra-luxurious, 1,500-acre resort and residential community that lies on a private spear-shaped peninsula surrounded on three sides by white sand beaches, Pacific Ocean waters and lush tropical flora. Home to a variety of residential offerings and estate lots, as well as two Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Courses and various recreational amenities; Four Seasons Resort Punta Mita, and The St.
Regis Resort Punta Mita. Its seductive natural beauty, laid-back vibe and world-class amenities have converged to turn Punta Mita into Mexico’s most coveted hideaway. This Rental includes a 6 Seater Golf cart the best way to travel in the Punta Mita Resort All guests will be required to sign a rental contract that will be emailed after your reservation is confirmed.
If guests wish to use the golf cart provided with this rental, they will need to pay an onsite security deposit of $2,000 USD (which is 100% refundable assuming no damage)
