This rental includes daily housekeeping, which includes the preparation of a delicious home cooked family style meal (breakfast or lunch) and the use of a brand new 6-seat golf cart Features and Amenities Fully equipped kitchen, Formal indoor dining area with seating for 6, Dishwasher, Wi-Fi, Smart TV with Netflix, Air conditioning, Washer/Dryer, Iron/Ironing board.

Las Marietas also features a community swimming pool, barbecue area, and fitness center for residents and guests.
Other activities include surfing, kayaking, cycling, water sports and boat trips. Premium Punta Mita Membership (GOLF) includes access to Kupuri Beach Club, Pacifico Beach Club, Porta Fortuna (SUFI) Beach Club and the new El Surf Club at La Lancha. (fees apply) Access to Golf Courses, Gym, and Tennis courts.

We offer VIP Concierge services which include pre-arrival planning (transfers, groceries, menu selection for meals, activities and general information on the area), reception with complimentary amenity and onsite assistance.
Our offices are located 10 minutes away from the Villa, allowing us to answer any request for housekeeping or maintenance immediately. Punta Mita is an ultra-luxurious, 1,500-acre resort and residential community that lies on a private spear-shaped peninsula surrounded on three sides by white sand beaches, Pacific Ocean waters and lush tropical flora. Home to a variety of residential offerings and estate lots, as well as two Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Courses and various recreational amenities; Four Seasons Resort Punta Mita, and The St.
Regis Resort Punta Mita. Its seductive natural beauty, laid-back vibe and world-class amenities have converged to turn Punta Mita into Mexico’s most coveted hideaway. The preferred method of transport in Punta Mita is by Golf Cart - there is a new 6 seater included in this rental.
All guests will be required to sign a rental contract that will be emailed after your reservation is confirmed. This rental includes daily housekeeping, which includes the preparation of a delicious home cooked family style meal (breakfast or lunch) (cost of food not included) and the use of a 6-seat golf cart. If guests wish to use the golf cart provided with this rental, they will need to pay an onsite security deposit of $2,000 USD (which is 100% refundable assuming no damage)
