Rental includes daily housekeeping, and as part of that service the housekeeper will prepare a delicious home-cooked family-style meal each day - breakfast or lunch - you just pay for the cost of the food! Also includes 6 seat golf cart, Premier Membership Golf and your personal concierge. Premium Punta Mita Membership (GOLF) includes access to Kupuri Beach Club, Pacifico Beach Club, Porta Fortuna (SUFI) Beach Club and the new El Surf Club at La Lancha.

All guests will be required to sign a rental contract that will be emailed after your reservation is confirmed. If guests wish to use the golf cart provided with this rental, they will need to pay an onsite security deposit of $2,000 USD (which is 100% refundable assuming no damage) Please note the pool and hot tub cannot be heated at the same time time due to the configuration.
