Our offices are located 10 minutes away from the condo, allowing us to answer any request for housekeeping or maintenance immediately. Punta Mita is an ultra-luxurious, 1,500-acre resort and residential community that lies on a private spear-shaped peninsula surrounded on three sides by white sand beaches, Pacific Ocean waters and lush tropical flora. Regis Resort Punta Mita. Its seductive natural beauty, laid-back vibe and world-class amenities have converged to turn Punta Mita into Mexico’s most coveted hideaway. This rental includes a 6 seater golf cart which is the preferred mode of transport in the Punta Mita luxury resort.
Rental includes daily housekeeping, and as part of that service the housekeeper will prepare a delicious home-cooked family-style meal each day - breakfast or lunch - you just pay for the cost of the food! Also includes 6 seat golf cart, Premier Membership Golf and your personal concierge. If guests wish to use the golf cart provided with this rental, they will need to pay an onsite security deposit of $2,000 USD (which is 100% refundable assuming no damage) Guests will need to provide a scanned ID or photo that will be used to set up beach club access cards.
They will also need to electronically sign access forms and a rental contract.
