Bedroom Configuration Master 1: King bed, TV, AC, ceiling fan, ocean view, terrace opens to pool, ensuite bathroom with vanity inside shower and bathtub. Bedroom 2: King bed, TV, AC, ceiling fan, partial ocean view, terrace with outside furniture opens to pool, walk in closet, ensuite bathroom with double vanity, inside shower and bathtub. Bedroom3: 2 double beds, TV, AC, ceiling fan, closet, garden/golf course view, balcony, ensuite bathroom with vanity, indoor shower and bathtub.
Premium Punta Mita Membership (GOLF) includes access to Kupuri Beach Club, Pacifico Beach Club, Porta Fortuna (SUFI) Beach Club and the new El Surf Club at La Lancha. Access to Golf Courses, Gym, and Tennis courts. (Fees apply) Rental includes daily housekeeping, and as part of that service the housekeeper will prepare a delicious home cooked family style meal each day - breakfast or lunch - you just pay for the cost of the food!
Also includes 6 seat golf cart, Premier Membership Golf and your personal concierge. We also offer you a variety of services including airport transportation, pre- arrival grocery shopping, spa services, nanny and chef services, discounted tours and excursions, dinner reservations, exceptional rates on private yacht charters and much more. Our concierge will be in contact with you once your reservation is confirmed to assist you with any requirements you might have and to ensure that this vacation is your best yet!
Las this villa also features a community swimming pool, barbecue area, and fitness center for residents and guests. Surf pilgrims will want to visit El Faro, La Lancha, Punta Burros, and El Anclote, while other outdoor enthusiasts will find an abundance of options, including kayaking, bicycling, windsurfing, and deep-sea fishing. All resort facilities, amenities, beach clubs and Punta Mita town are all just a short golf cart ride away in the golf cart provided with this rental.
All guests will be required to sign a rental contract that will be emailed after your reservation is confirmed. If guests wish to use the golf cart provided with this rental, they will need to pay an onsite security deposit of $2,000 USD (which is 100% refundable assuming no damage)
