Additionally, on the top level, there is an extra suite for two with private access that can be rented either as part of the main villa – making it a three-bedroom home – or separately as stand-alone accommodation The design of the house uses local materials to bring nature into every space. Custom-made finishes in wood, stone, and chukum -a fine resin made out of a local tree– bring tropical motives into the interiors, which open up to the sandy backyard to let in the ocean breeze.
